btw, anyone in emergency will get "care" but if you have no insurance or other means to pay, they will stabilize you and kick you out. that goes even for citizens.

My friends mom was very incredibly anemic. She wanted to leave the hospital but needed to stay more days. Her care team came in and told her she could leave but next time she will be denied.
