NOT seeking a white label relationship or outsourcing relationship. Description: We need a high-level Facebook/TikTok Ads Media Buyer to handle the ad buying for various client accounts. High-level means that you have outstanding knowledge of FB ads manager and have great analytical strategies for ad buying, Alongside this, you’re aware of the human psychology of ads and how ad copy and creative can make people desire a product/service. You will have the opportunity to manage a diverse group of ad accounts and hone your skills on some higher-budget accounts. Niches: DTC eCommerce ### Requirements: - ⁠At least 200k ad spend managed in the past 12 months - Firm understanding of creative strategy for ad account content production and planning. - Be able to create copy and marketing angles for ecom products. - Be open to hearing feedback and suggestions that may improve performance (don't be a know it all). - Be able to follow our internal processes and strategical implementation for ad account management. ### Daily activities: - ⁠Check in on the ad accounts under your management multiple times per day. - Make adjustments to budget, bids, creative, etc., as needed each day. - Coordinate with designers, editors and the creative team to secure the assets you need to launch ads. - Create potential new angles and copy as needed. - ⁠Anything else needed to make sure accounts perform and clients stay happy. - ⁠Liaise with clients and present reports of their ad performance with plans moving forward. - Format weekly reports and work closely with our HoG to execute a creative strategy that meets new customer acquisition targets across our brands. ### Attitude: You, - Take complete ownership of your successes and failures; - Entrepreneurial with the ability to see the bigger picture and make unexpected changes where necessary; - Have a proactive, problem-solving mentality and approach; - Have exceptional attention to detail; - Have an eye for improving efficiency across systems - Confident in building long-term relationships with our team and external partners; - Have the ability to motivate people to hit deadlines and hold people accountable for getting things done; - Can self-manage and prioritise tasks efficiently; ### Experience & skills: - Proven experience delivering growth in KPIs across direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce paid media mix through quality creative output. - You will need to prove your expertise and understanding of what makes a high-performance creative asset utilising a modular framework (hook-body-CTA) - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Passion for ecommerce, fostering connections, and creating memorable customer experiences. ### The benefits of working at Growth2 (soon to be Adfluent) - Although we’re still very small, we have the ambition to become the leading social advertising agency of the Netherlands.
