@homemadebybruno: Lemon Lobster Pasta 🍋🦞 #lobster #lemon #pasta #pastatiktok #seafood#italianfood 2-3 lobster tails depending on size and preference or you could use a whole lobster 1 shallot 1 leek 1 clove of garlic 1 tablespoon of butter EVOO 1/2 cup of white wine 1/4 cup of heavy cream 1 lemon juiced and zested Salt + Pepper to taste Pink peppercorns for garnish (optional) METHOD: Boil lobster tails in salted water until they turn bright red (about 3-5 mins) Remove let cool and chop In a pan heat EVOO and 1 tablespoon of butter Add in shallot and leeks and then your grated garlic Cook for about 5 mins Deglaze with white wine and cook down for 3 mins Add in your heavy cream and lemon juice/zest After a few mins add the lobster in (Meanwhile have your pasta boiling and spoon some of the starchy pasta water in your sauce) Toss all together Finish with pink peppercorns if you have- so so good & and lemon zest!
