@joexfitness: As someone who lost 50+lbs and also coaches hundreds of clients to lose weight and get in shape, I always hear: “I’m struggling to lose weight because I’m a foodie and restricting myself to just healthy foods is too difficult” I used to think that way too, but in reality, there is no science out there that says that you have to eat bland or boring food just to be healthy or lose weight.
