Incorrect. Doing cardio after weight training disturbs the muscle recovery. A better way to do it would be to have one cardio session and one weight session, separate.

It depends on your goals and how intense your workouts are. Doing cardio after weight training can slightly impact muscle recovery, but for many people, it’s not a significant issue especially (1/2)
