The problem here is is the 14th amendment and you can’t change that unless you introduce another amendment. And we know how they are if they tap one they’re gonna attack the other.

I think it’s coming from the 14th amendment where it says “ a subject to the jurisdiction thereof” and the interpretation of it 🤷🏽♀️we shall see how this goes
