I use a long sock and cut the toe part, wrap it up into a donut. Put hair in a high pony and feed the sock through the pony. Sleep it in and make sure ends are damp

The best one I’ve got is from primark. It has a wee satin bit at the top across your head and then the bits you wrap your hair around looks like a dressing gown wrap. It’s lilac in colour and cost me about £5 I think. It’s so comfy to sleep in too x

Use the tie off a housecoat that’s what I use it’s soft and gives the best curls I’ve used all the other ones and find them horrid to sleep in x
