I genuinely don't understand why people are buying a house these days. you'll never pay it off. it's no more security than renting. the only difference is that you're allowed to hang your paintings. when you d!!e your kids will sell it to try and fund their own house and then they're in the same situation. many people are only affording to pay their interest. and people forget that while you're 'buying' the house for 1 mil, you're actually paying like 1.6 mil+ bc of the interest etc. honestly change my mind pls if you know more about this or disagree. ✨️
