Untuk Ayah yang jiwanya lebih dulu mengudara. Barangkali bisa kau kunjungi, datanglah sesekali ke rumah kita yang ada di bumi. Kau akan menjumpaiku, walau sedikit berantakan dari yang terakhir kita bertemu. Maaf Ayah, aku berbeda seperti dahulu. Tak lagi ramah, tak lagi antusias melakukan apapun. Rasanya tidak ada yang bisa dibanggakan selain aku yang masih bisa bertahan, tidak tahu sampai kapan-semoga aku punya waktu yang panjang. Tentang hal-hal yang terjadi selepas kepergianmu, akan kuceritakan apabila nanti kita bertemu. Aku hanya ingin kau tahu bahwa aku tetap tumbuh, meski tak selalu baik. Tapi aku tetap makan meskipun sedikit, dan kurasa tidurku terlalu panjang. Disini sesekali terasa menyesakkan, tak jarang aku menangis sendirian. Tapi hal yang menakjubkan adalah aku tetap disini, walau sesekali mengumpat dan meminta untuk pergi-aku masih bisa bangun di setiap pagi. Ayah, barangkali di kedepannya nanti aku kehilangan kendali, tolong ingatkan aku, melalui apapun-untuk tetap menyayangi ragaku sendiri. Semoga aku mampu untuk melawan setiap keinginan untuk mati, semoga aku mampu untuk berpijak lebih lama disini. Dari banyaknya rasa rindu yang memuncak, aku masih ingin menemuimu dengan cara yang paling layak.
