Give yourself time to adjust and then when you can't see a light at the end of the tunnel after months or years, then you can quit. Remember the beginning is always the hardest.

dont let the imposter syndrome overcomes you. first month is always the worst. give yourself time to adjust. it’s awkward bcs everything is new to you. goodluck and all the best ❤️

I quit a job after the first day once I learned the work environment was disorganized, and they offered little training. I accepted the consequences, and I was still quite happy with my decision.

Give yourself some time. Stay for 3 months and see how it goes, don't be afraid, you got this! I used to get yelled at by my manager for 1 month straight

It took me one whole year to adjust but now everything is good. I believe some people are just like me, it take sooo much time getting truly comfortable, and most of that time is spent being miserable, even if other don’t see it.
