Pls someone help me 😭 I’m 170 cm tall and weigh 75 wanna lose body fat but I’m also diabetic (type1) I cut carbs which helped both my blood sugar and my skin so much now the issue is that without carbs every meal is fiber and protein which are pretty filling so I can’t even reach 1200 kcal a day i don’t wanna go back to carbs but also don’t want to SLOW DOWN MY METABOLISM bc 1200 is not enough for my body even though I’m full all day long. Helppppp🥲
