@el2raw: Just a friendly reminder that your diet is more important than the actual workouts! And staying consistent with your meals is harder than the workouts as well. It’s a daily battle but worth it once you see the results accelerating! Once again im just here to spread some inspiration and positivity! For reference my daily Calorie Goal is 1800 and my protein goal is 150 grams. This is what my guy @Coach_bandit advised me to stick to.
