I have it since 22. Now I'm 42 and it is veery loud. My advice for everyone is to stay calm. The research shows that despite the level of volume that you have, after some point your brain will adapt

I’ve got it too, during the day they seems to disappear at night they are so loud. A sound engineer specialized made me a water sound to hear with headphones to get it softly.

Mines like tv static but it’s there 24/7. I have hearing loss and wear hearing aids but it doesn’t reduce the tinnitus 😫
