I’ve been type 1 for 40 years and touch wood my feet just have some issues but nothing scary why are you not looking after yourself ? Xxx

I'm type 2 and had to go from tablet to insulin I have sensory nephropathy my feet do this

I have type 2 and I struggle with blood sugars as everything i eat or drink makes it sky rocket even no sugar stuff, im at the point now where I have given up, I can't get my insulin as all the 1/2

have you been offered a spinal implant I'm waiting to see if I'm suitable but my feet neuropathy is from spinal nerve damage

Ahhh this is the worst I get the most severe leg and feet cramps and occasionally my hands lock too! Horrible pain

Can you try putting water in the freezer so it freezes up, then putting them into the water in the sink

Ive got it my feet almost at my shins and in my hands its so painful mine is due to diabetis and b12 being too low for months

I don’t have foot issues so I’m wondering is there nothing they can do to help this.? I’ve been type 1 for 27 years and wondering if I will have some issues with me feet at some point x

my chaps feet are bad but he won't believe about cold. sadly my chaps got terrible fleet because he'd been telling drs for the past 2 yrs hewas having neuropathy trouble to be told many times by Dr it's not diabetes but we've found yes it is he was right but it's to late for his feet ☹️

Have they not given you anything for it as they gave me amitriptyline to take at night to help ease the pain of my neuropathy as mine goes all the way up to my calves 😩😩😩 xx

I'm also learning my lesson, I've had cattaracts, some nerve damage & at high risk of kidney failure! so taking extra care of myself , checking BG as much as possible , change my diet etc!
