I am stunned about how many news places got this wrong. I'm an IT guy and it took me all of five minutes to confirm that the EEOA of 1972 had all the same provisions and more and would not be affected

Can you go over how the EEOC holds accountability? My understanding is 11246 provided that and EEOC/Title 7 only set litigation basis and accountability was by depts headed by presidential appointees
