@webreathesuccess: Come join me on a quick insight to my morning in Thailand 🇹🇭 Started the day with Vitamins down, body moisturized, and essential oils worked into my beard, hair, and skin. It’s the little things that set the tone. Quietly slipped out of the house so I didn’t wake the family and headed to the gym. Today was a chest workout, and I jumped into the Push Myself Challenge happening in our free community, The Success Lounge. It felt good to push a bit harder and keep the momentum going. After the gym, I dived into a couple of coaching calls and a breakthrough session for We Breathe Success, our 12-month mentorship program that comes with two free Bali expansions. Helping people hit their next level always reminds me why I do this. Listening to their wins and breakthroughs always lights me up! Then came the daily routine every guy knows is essential, no further explanation needed! 🚽🤣 Rounded out the morning with 15 minutes in the sauna, a cold shower, and 10 minutes in the steam room. It’s a routine I don’t skip because it resets the body and clears the mind. While listening to Tony Robbins doing some stretching exercises and deep breathing. Finished off with some sun, a swim, and breathwork to ground myself before heading back home to cook up some chicken and eggs.
