No one is tah here, he’s being a good big brother and she’s not obligated to have to hangout with a little kid. Childcare is childcare regardless and forcing her to be around a kid all the time isn’t fair, but also forcing him to not look after his sibling when he wants to isn’t fair either. These two basically aren’t compatible anymore and both should have mutually cut it off
