Try "paid for". A trainer I knew years ago used this as a release command when feeding his 4 dogs.

Mine does that but she doesn’t like being watched. Just walk away and he will eat. Unless he doesn’t like what you’ve give him.

He will eat eventually. But i think you need to try a different branch of food. Some dogs are just picky 😅 But you can also try to hide a few snacks in it 🙃
