I’m home duty stationed. If they change my duty station to an office they’ll have to pay me a ton of money for relocation and then a much higher locality pay once I move to DC.

My husband was hired as a remote employee. His "office" is in California, but it doesn't actually exist. We don't even live in California.

Can you address how CBA’s impact this. For example my agency has a CBA but they informed the union today they are revising the article guaranteeing telework levels. Can they do that unilaterally?

The email I received from my agency specifically stated all telework and remote work has been rescinded. We have 30 days to fully comply. I'm sure we'll have meetings next week to discuss further.
