@donaldo_cook: Ingredients - 2 Oranges - 3 Garlic Cloves - 1/2 Cup Zero Calorie 1 to 1 ratio sugar ( I use Swerve Granular ) - 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce - 3 Tbsp Water - 2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger - 1 Tbsp CornStarch - 1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper - 1 Tbsp Orange Zest Directions - Chop all fresh Ingredients Oranges, Garlic, Ginger - Place a Pan on Low to Medium heat - Squeeze 1 - 2 Fresh Oranges into the Pan - Add your sugar replacement and mix it into the orange juice - Now add your soy sauce, water, garlic and ginger - Mix well and let reduce about 1/8 liquid - stirring frequently to avoid edges burning - add Cornstarch and mix in well, break up any clumps - ( Optional add 1 Tbsp of crushed Red Pepper ) - Reduce Heat to low and Stir till sauce Thickens - Remove from Heat and Sauce will thicken more - ( Optional Strain Sauce ) - Add 1 Tbsp of Orange Zest and mix in - Enjoy Add this sauce to chicken over rice or on a chicken to make a sandwich.
