I think you have chosen very well and the amount of time in each place is good. we usually do a week in each place. You going to Paros twice? Crete is very big and I think quite touristy, you look like you want smaller, authentic islands.

In Athens go to the changing of the guards at Syntagma Square, it's every hour, day and night...they are mesmerising x
