It could be exzema. In winter it gets really bad bc it’s dry and with exzema it’s not any better. If it’s still bothering you I suggest going to a pharmacist and getting a prescription for it

Vaseline every night and cover them with good quality gloves, because some gloves can cause irritation.

Did you wash your hands a lot? Your skin can get dry from there from all the. Soap, I got it with my hands, but they’re better. Now.

I have this too, dry and bleeding hands and feet. im currently in so much pain walking and picking stuff up. I knock may hands all the time and set the bleeding off! i work outsode but wear gloves. x

I have really bad ezcuma on my hands and what I do of a night that seems to help a lot is putting a lot of cream on them to the point it's drowned in cream and then I put latex gloves over the top. it traps the moisture, and when you take them off in the morning and wash the extra cream off, they will feel smooth and still have moisture :) I usually pull mine off in my sleep though so I just put tape on the gloves around the wrist (not tight tho) I hope this helps you I understand the struggle 💗

I had that too but it was worser and i went to the apothecary and they gave me a special cream u need to put on 4 times a day (My hands were FULL FULL)

Are your hands sweaty? My cousin has this exact problem, he gets sweaty hands easily and he goes and washes them more often leading it to get dry and cracking open. Hes suffering from inside depression, hes constantly fighting on the inside, but on the outside he looks normal.
