@thedysautonomialife: I’ve come a long way since 2020. Sometimes, I can’t believe it was six years ago. I’m so glad I was diagnosed, put on the right meds, and made the lifestyle changes necessary to improve my symptoms. I still don’t donate blood 🩸#fyp #foryoupage #dysautonomia #potsyndrome #pots #fainting #dysautonomia #chronicillness #invisibleillness #chronicallyill #healthissues #potsawareness #dysautonomiaawareness

It’s honestly such a painful experience. even if you don’t faint, the feeling of your blood pressure going low, the nausea, the blackout, it’s awful. I get emotional when I come to every time.

I would rather pass out than go through this, it’s actually so scary. This happened to me at a funeral and I felt awful for making a scene

The brain fog in these moments is such an intense feeling of helplessness. You can’t talk or think of the words to describe what is happening. You’re left in a suspended state until it clears up.

One question bc I have a lot of POTS symptoms, but I also have tachycardia when just sitting (my resting pulse is between 85-95). When I walk I can easily hit 140. standing 120/125ish. Idk if that -
