That’s only one of many plays , there was a 4th and 1 that the Bills converted on it was clearly a first down but the refs ruled not a first down after their review

go back and watch, there was no flag anywhere on the field. The production team often anticipates calls. Nantz and Romo never saw one - Nantz says "we are told there is a flag...maybe"
