So true, I have 2 proactive drivers in my fleet, and they are always making way more than the others, just because of small details like this trying to get unloaded or loaded sooner than planned

I’m a loader . I load liquid tankers . If a driver is friendly and courteous it goes a long way with me . I’ll load sooner or faster and let you use or restroom if you are cool with me .
