I love my Charles owen Kylo because depending what way I have my hair (curly, straight, plaited) my helmet fit changes so much at the back and honestly the dial is enough to fix it

Well that was educational. recently bought a new Charles own and they tried to send it back but they sent a new liner and it fit!

S M and L do vary in size by brand. Tipperary specifically fits very small

I used to have the issue of their show hats being just oval hats but now they have the Hampton which is a round hat. I have to make sure the hat I’ve got is for a round head!

This is only true for some Charles Owen helmets. the non MIPs helmets come individually sized. I prefer the shell sizes though!

I have a xl shell in One K and I have a medium for everyday and xl for show days lol, however my favorite helmet doesn’t work like that and I’d have to buy a new one😭 already have 4 helmets soooo🤣🤣

yeah that is only a new thing in the last 10 or so years... I believe samshield was one of the first. but there are still companies that do each individual size with padding and not inserts
