Why is my straw not working?? I put it up to the line like it says? The drink is mixed. I try to suck up the straw and nothing comes out. Getting VERY frustrated.

I love mine. Only problem is my seal off of the pod ends up in the bottom of my water. I feel like that shouldn’t happen?

I bought the Champagne Kiss when I was down in the US as soon as it came out, brought it home went to use it, and when I twisted the seal back on, it cracked and broke apart. I’m so sad 😭

This is the only video I was able to find that actually explained how to put the pod in I almost broke my straw the first times I tried figuring it out but it’s my fault for not reading instructions

Mine is broken. I just bought it and the bottom seal and the top part the lid screws onto separates so when I shake it the whole lid flies off
