To fix it you must first understand TMJ mechanics, when you open your mouth… FIRST: You Rotate NEXT: You translate In this video I show and exercise to leverage each of the two movements allowing you to retain normal mechanics. This may reduce or fix the pop, however this will not always be the case, but the good news is you can reduce the intensity of the click which results in decrease pain and discomfort.
