Squat down on your tippie toes with your heals touching 2. Inhale up while keeping your hands on the ground and straightening your spine 3. Exhale down out of your mouth 4. Repeat 30x/day and work your way up to 108/day When you feel strong in your legs/core/root you will begin feeling stronger in your body which will translate to more grounded opportunities in the 3D Did you do 30? How do your legs feel?
This is one of the best exercises I've ever incorporated into my training!
