@lowbackability: Grateful for @Kadour Ziani lessons 🙏 Chronic back/nerve issues can show problems all the way to the big toe. Beyond just rest, we need to work our back, structure by structure. Train everything through strength, plus stretch, from the big toe all the way up to the spine. Play the long game. ❤️‍🩹
