I don’t understand how they are able to just toss our contract aside. We were guaranteed work from home full time till 2029. I’ve been teleworking for 10 years. We don’t even all fit in our office.

I’m fully remote federal employee and just got an opm email labeled “fork in the road” trying to get me to voluntarily resign and sign something before feb 6th. They bypassed my agency and my union.

Can you talk about the S.349 - Military Spouse Employment Act and if this would apply to continue telework. We PCSd and I excepted a position 62 miles away with telework 3 times per week.
