Meal on wheels is for seniors that can’t make food on their own like my dad was . I had make his food all the time, I didn’t want him to have to go thru that program when he had me . His personal chef 👩🍳 . I can’t believe his doing that to them 🤬😤😡

My son is a senior and has worked his buns off to be accepted to some amazing schools. It’s hard enough to pay for college let alone with the fear of no federal financial aid!

My grandma had dementia. She couldn’t cook anymore so her home health aide cooked for her. She was lucky that she had the money to hire help. My heart breaks for seniors who rely on meals on wheels.

my job serves medicaid & Medicare patients for dental benefits. if we can't service those state benefits...then we don't have jobs to help them...this would have domino effect on so much on so many

The pharmacy called me today to see if I changed insurance. I said no and was like oh no. The worker was able to get my medication covered but Medicade did get interrupted in CT for me today.

2:36pm Meijer told me that they had loss access to the Medicaid portal “about 45 mins ago” my sons take nearly $4k/m in medication. I panicked. At 7:15pm it was able to process and we got 1 kid’s meds

my father was a vet and by the end of his life very sick. I found a meals on wheels flyer in his room when he passed and it made me cry knowing he needed those service but that they were there.

Without LIHEAP, I would’ve been unable to live in my college house. Had a bunch of leaks that my landlord didn’t tell us when we first signed the lease, and without LIHEAP, we wouldn’t have been (1/2)
