“Fig and burrata toast with honey and walnuts” Fig season is almost saying goodbye so let’s make the most of every last sweet, juicy bite. This Fig & Burrata Toast is the perfect little farewell: buttery sourdough, creamy burrata, fresh figs, toasted walnuts, basil, and a glossy drizzle of honey. It’s that perfect balance of sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy, basically a love letter to late summer. Recipe: Fig & Burrata Toast Serves: 1–2 | Time: 10 minutes Ingredients: •	1 slice sourdough bread •	1 tbsp butter •	1 burrata ball •	2–3 fresh figs, washed and sliced •	A handful of toasted walnuts, roughly chopped •	A few fresh basil leaves •	Honey, for drizzling •	Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional, but recommended) Method: 1.	Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted and foamy, toast your sourdough on both sides until golden and crisp. 2.	Gently tear the burrata open and place small pieces across the toast. 3.	Layer with fig slices — alternate between burrata and figs until your toast is beautifully covered. 4.	Sprinkle toasted walnuts and fresh basil leaves over the top. 5.	Drizzle generously with honey and finish with a pinch of flaky salt if you like contrast. 6.	Slice in half, admire your masterpiece, and enjoy immediately while the toast is warm and the burrata still creamy. Because figs won’t be around much longer, this is your delicious reminder to savor the season while it lasts Voice over Figs are almost out of season so I’m trying to savour and create fig recipes as much as I can, this one is a simple but delicious fig and burrata on a buttery and crispy sour dough bread. I topping it off with creamy burrata and slices of fresh figs — alternating them so every bite has both. A sprinkle of toasted walnuts for crunch, a few basil leaves for that pop of freshness, and of course, a drizzle of honey to tie it all together. Cut it in half and tell me this isn’t pure magic. Sweet, creamy, crunchy — the perfect way to say enjoy the last of the fig season.” 🍯✨#figtoast #burrata #burratatoast #cookingwithlamees
