I do this, then tiny parts of the wall are t covered, maybe its a sanding issue? Or my walls are super textured. But it doesnt work as easy as it seems

using a SMALLER, angled brush would make it a lot simpler, less chance of going onto the ceiling

The ceiling cut is what I’m trying to improve on the most. I’m fresh back into painting and getting better with each job though. I’ve noticed improvement in the past couple months.

You've got skills for flat stock brushes, I tend to only use the flat stock for laying out doors and Cabinets. I find the sash brushes, much easier, especially in the corners

if the ceiling is stippled I run a flat blade screwdriver along the corner where the ceiling meets the wall, to allow paint to dribble in. old painter trick
