I haven’t taking adhd meds in over a decade honestly they don’t do anything, you can teach yourself to focus and understand as if you had them, also awful on the liver, but each case is there own

my medication is for pain or something, and it's just a constant gamble if I don't remember to take them of do I want to be in intense pain all day, or risk double taking and melting my stomach lining
