i tried uninstalling 2 apps was wired did not go had to go settings force stop and do that way ok was not lol Amazon apps

I keep getting a notice to update apps. but I can't because it says I've not got enough space. I've deleted what I can, but it still keeps popping up. what can I do to sort this out please
