any machine with moving parts need to be lubricanted, the owners manual should have instructions on the proper care for that. as for why the belt shifted

Not an expert but mine has screws at the back on each side that u loosen/tighten on whatever side needed to move the belt back to centre

Mine has a feature that you can move the belt over. It’s something where you use an Allen key to turn one direction or the other and it moved the belt

i have one too. uh, the treadmill needs to be lubricated, the inner side of the tread. also yoi can scooch the trrad over to the right, it is not glued or anything, takes some elbow grease

when you fold and move it it can move the belt. if it isn't 100% level it can cause it to lean. it's happened to mine. sense-check when folded it's central, and that it's 100% flat. and lube
