I’m so thankful for all of yous motivating me to keep going, I’m so blessed to be able to move my body and be healthy. Guys trust me a calorie deficit and Pilates with patience will change your body in a matter of weeks. Her workouts are the best i do everyday the 5 minutes one and i see a little bit abs not much but it just tones my body so if someone wanna do nikolas pilates the 5 minutes one is so good!

can someone please explain to me how to get into a calorie deficit? For me what I'd have to do is eat 1600 cal and then burn 1900 cal but that genuinely seems like a lot or am i missing something 😭😭
