if u look at the full flight pattern it looks like the hawk was trying to go towards Washington and then getting perked back as if there was someone struggling to keep them from going that direction.

My step dad was on that exact same plain landing at the same airport and same runway and a black hawk helicopter by him day before so if he came home one day late he would have been dead

How is this air traffic control's fault? They were on it and communicating with both the plane and helicopter.

He saw the wtong plane. How in the world could the helicopter tell the difference between a CRJ or 747. Helicopter should have been giving a heading to avoid this catastrophe

Nothing makes sense as to why this happened.... If the Blackhawk saw the jet, why didn't he slow down or change his flight path? So many questions....
