Pilots are to fixated on instrument on landing just watch any landing video they need to take their eyes outside the cockpit more often while on finel approach

Captain was told to watch for the helicopter but was looking at the wrong aircraft. Helicopter was flying low altitude and told to switch landing strip last minute .

It’s possible the helicopter didn’t have it’s altimeter baroprrssure set correctly and therefore was at a higher altitude than intended.
