went to 3rd med group w/ sever frost bite in 60’ weather.Doc said i probably slammed my hand in a door & didn’t remember.it wasn’t until it spread, that tests were finally done. I have raynauds 😑

I twisted both my ankles and medical said it’ll heal in its own, didn’t even give me light duty. Turns out they found out I had tendonitis in both my ankles. (10 months later)

First time I ever went to an emergency room was at a military hospital when I woke up and couldn’t turn my neck. Like physically my neck was stuck facing forwards.
