taking it off and putting it back on slightly alters the aligment of the spindle. also constanly takn off the blade can slighting bend it.

the diamonds throw the balance out when taking off and putting it back on. same way as after use it should only go on the same way which minimises balance changes

should always run 2-3 grinders, each serving a seperate style of cut/polish/task. especially if they 90buck Makitas they . if one is getting hot rest it straight and use a fresh one, they will last forever this way. keep a bag of carbon brushes and some emery paper.
