Way to go that you never gave up. I had 4 years of injuries and just gave up. still hike and "jog". I sit at a trail head at 7,000 feet right now writing this. Time to get out there!

Any tips for resolving knee pain from running? Never had it before but it came on suddenly in November and I still can’t run without it hurting for days after. Trying everything but can’t shift it.

I played football but suffered a double broken leg. I took up cycling, careful when I ride my bike, as the tiktok hate squad might be filming. I use to run but now have some arthritis in my hip...☹️

💯Strength is definitely a huge part of running and a really good pyhsio! Also old injuries niggle so keep on top of the exercises you were given. And never give up!
