This!! I have PCOS and ADHD (low dopamine). My food noise was INSANE. I didn’t even realize until it was gone. Learning to modify foods I like to be healthier made it go away

i struggled really bad with BED and once I got back on my ADHD meds, it truly stopped. And now even if I’m off of it I managed to grow out of it. For me my adhd really made it worse
