honestly dealing with both home depot and lowes have been horrible 😭 i had to call HD 5 times to get a refund for items that were lost in the mail

That’s why it took us three years to get to a point of being done with the remodel at one of the stores. Yeah, unfortunately, I am surprised when somebody actually does follow through.

Home Depot and Lowes use third party contractors without doing ANY vetting at all. My best friend had a meth addict doing work on her house that was from Home Depot's third party contractors. It's safer ro hire yourself but when one of these Big Stores guarantee your purchase whatever that may be and an issue comes up, this is what you get.
