I don’t think is for the magnetic particles, but because they can’t measure right your co2 levels if your nails have something

mri tech here…it would’ve been fine 😅 unless you’re getting an mri of your hand but even then it would hardly distort the images. but every place has their own policy 🤷🏽♀️
