@hrnaeatz: Recipe ⤵️ The quickest way to make delicious lengua! 👅🌮 Ingredients: - 1 beef tongue - 1/2 a lime - 2 tbsp salt - 1 onion - 1 head garlic - 3-4 bay leaves - 3-4 cloves - 3-4 peppercorn - 1 tsp oregano - 2 guajillo peppers (deseeded) - tortillas Toppings: - salsa verde - onions - cilantro - limes Directions: 1. Wash your cow tongue, and scrub it with the lime. 2. Add it to your pressure cooker with your onion, garlic, guajillo, bay leaves, oregano, cloves, and peppercorn. Add enough water to just cover everything (i did about 4 cups). 3. Close it up and pressure cook on high for 1hr 15 mins. LET IT SELF RELEASE. 4. Once it’s safe to open release the remaining pressure and open it up. 5. Take the meat out and let it cool a bit before you begin to peel the outer layer. 6. Slice it up and then dice it into smaller chunks. 7. Fry it up in a bit of oil just for a few mins to have it develop a nice crust. 8.
