What do prism glasses do? I find my prescription is never correct. Also have astigmatism in both eyes. My current rx doesn’t make everything sharp/clear. Still blurry or fuzzy

yeah I'm in the UK. no opticians in my area even know what BVD is. I'd have to get referred to a specialist through the NHS or pay hundreds/thousands I don't have
