Look I follow this because I do believe it’s helpful for you but and I could be wrong but you can’t reverse a cavity. You have to get a filling now it may help prevent them but it’s not going to fill a huge hole in someone’s tooth

Obsessed with this gum. I can chew it for over an hour. Everyone mentions the flavor but I like it a lot. There is a brief bitter moment but it passes and still tastes like sap and mastic, which I ❤️
