I think it has pros and cons. Con is if bank transferred me 100 XRP by accident. I sent those 100 XRP to someone for goods or services. That poor person one day wakes up to with 100 XRP missing #fair?

At the point of sending funds it's the banks responsibility to ensure its gone to the correct wallet. This is a way for control on CBDC's to remove funds without ur permission. 😡
